You agree to use SkyWatch only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
SkyWatch collects data from your applications, including user session recordings, error logs, performance metrics, and device information, to provide observability and analytics. You represent and warrant that:
SkyWatch uses artificial intelligence (AI) to provide insights, such as error prioritization and performance optimization recommendations. You acknowledge that AI-generated insights are provided "as-is" and may not always be accurate. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on these insights.
We retain all rights, title, and interest in SkyWatch, including its software, AI algorithms, design, and branding. You retain ownership of any data or content you upload or generate through the Service ("User Data"). By using SkyWatch, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. You also grant us the right to use anonymized and aggregated data derived from your User Data for analytics and product enhancement purposes.

SkyWatch is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. Session replays, performance metrics, and AI insights are provided for informational purposes and may not always reflect real-time or accurate data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inspectlogs OPC Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SkyWatch, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Pune, Maharashtra, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. If arbitration is not applicable, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of SkyWatch after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
